Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Lead AWS Amazon Connect Engineer to own the design, implementation, and production support of enterprise contact-center solutions. You will optimize call flows, outbound campaigns, and CRM integrations, providing technical leadership and driving platform growth.

The role requires 8+ years in software engineering with 6-8+ years in Amazon Connect, plus strong AWS and Python experience for Lambda-based integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and supporting enterprise-scale Amazon Connect environments.
• Strong hands-on Amazon Connect config, call flows, routing, and voice features.
• Proven ability to design and deploy integrations with Salesforce/CRM via AWS.
• Proficiency in Python for Lambda-based integrations and scripting.

Responsibilities
