The role calls for hands-on AWS experience, including Lex/Polly for chatbots, REST API integrations, and scripting in Python/JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Proven hands‑on experience developing and configuring Amazon Connect environments
• Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM
• Experience with Amazon Lex, Polly, and other AWS AI/ML communication services
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
• Familiarity with REST API integrations and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect) preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions for enterprise clients
• Build and maintain contact flows, IVR systems, and call routing configurations within Amazon Connect
• Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, Lambda functions, and third-party APIs
• Develop and optimize chatbots and virtual agents using Amazon Lex
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to contact center performance and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Document architectures, configurations, and development processes for ongoing support
