Job summary

Spire Global is seeking a Sales Manager for Aviation covering the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. You will drive revenue growth by owning relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, system integrators and data partners, while expanding into integrated products like Aviation + Weather and RFGL.

The role requires a strong hunter mentality, 8+ years in relevant sales, and comfort with long procurement cycles and international travel.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years of experience in sales or business development selling data products, SaaS, or technology solutions in the Middle East and/or Asia-Pacific.
Proven track record selling through or with prime contractors, resellers, or data integrators to governments (B2G).
Experience structuring and negotiating reselling or distribution agreements with data integrators and software companies.

Responsibilities

Own the territory across Middle East and Asia-Pacific, mapping the contractor ecosystem, agencies, budgets and opportunities.
Meet and exceed quotas through proactive outbound prospecting and full-cycle execution.
Sell through partner ecosystems and develop reseller and distribution agreements to scale indirect revenue.
Build lasting relationships with executives and government stakeholders to drive multi-year engagements.
Navigate tenders, RFPs, RFIs and complex procurement processes with rigor and patience.
