Job summary

Spire Global Inc. is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to own revenue growth for its aviation portfolio and bundles across North America.

The role combines partner ecosystem sales with direct sales to civil aviation and defense agencies, delivering data-driven solutions powered by space infrastructure. The position involves building a territory plan, hunting to exceed quotas, and growing into integrated product offerings like Aviation + Weather and RFGL signals.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales or business development selling data products, SaaS, or technology solutions in North America.
Experience selling to government, defense, or related agencies (B2G) and through partners such as contractors, systems integrators, and data integrators.
Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce or similar CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Responsibilities

Own the North America territory and build a comprehensive territory plan across government and commercial ecosystems.
Hunt relentlessly to exceed targets through outbound prospecting, qualification, and full-cycle sales.
Negotiate and close deals, manage long procurement cycles, and structure reseller, distribution, and direct contracts.
