Job summary

Spire Global Inc. is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to own revenue growth for its aviation portfolio across North America. You will sell to government agencies, defense contractors, and data integrators while expanding the partner ecosystem.

You will build territory plans, lead from outbound to close, and eventually grow into integrated products like Aviation + Weather. A hybrid work model and remote collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of sales or business development experience in NA.
• Experience selling to governments (B2G) and through or with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for Spire's aviation portfolio across North America.
• Hunt and exceed quotas via outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales.
• Negotiate and close direct, reseller, and partner-driven deals with government and defense entities.
• Develop and grow the partner ecosystem including data integrators and software companies.
