Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance or aviation experience required.
• Must be actively serving and within a transition window of 6–12 months.
• Eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with active-duty aviation maintainers.
• Guide transitioning service members through resumes and interviews.
• Manage the full recruitment process.
