Northern Jet, a private aviation company, is seeking an experienced Aviation Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across aviation, maintenance, operations, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a track record of influencing hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and hiring processes.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluating against requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Recruit across aviation, maintenance, operational, and corporate roles.
• Review resumes, conduct screens, and assess fit.
• Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Coordinate pilot interviews, technical evaluations, and related selection activities.
