National Aviation Recruiter - Skillbridge

Veterans Alliance is seeking motivated SkillBridge candidates to join our team as National Aviation Recruiters. You’ll help connect top talent from the military with opportunities in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industries — all while building your own future.

Are you within 6–12 months of separation or retirement from the military? Do you have aviation maintenance experience and want to launch your civilian career while still serving?

What You’ll Do:

• 🔍 Source and connect with active‑duty aviation maintainers and other military talent
• 💼 Guide transitioning service members through resumes, interviews, and job placement
• 📊 Manage the full recruitment process – from candidate search to client hire
• ✅ Keep everything compliant with DoD SkillBridge guidelines

What You Bring:

• ✈ Aircraft maintenance or aviation experience (any branch)
• 📅 Actively serving and within your transition window (6–12 months from separation/retirement)
• 🪖 Approved or eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
• 🗣 Excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed
