Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) seeks a dynamic recruiter to drive high-volume staffing in the aerospace sector. You will partner with clients and candidates to close roles efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality hires.

This role emphasizes relationship building with applicants throughout the staffing process, leveraging ATS tools and business development experience to grow the recruiting department and expand AVTECH's aerospace client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive responsibility and business development experience.
• Knowledge of compliance, employment law, and aerospace/aviation industry experience required.
