Jobgether SRL partner seeks an Aviation Recruiter based in the United States to manage high-volume recruitment for aviation and aerospace clients. You will source, screen, and present candidates while building talent pipelines and supporting business development efforts across client accounts.

The role is remote within the United States and requires strong aviation knowledge, relationship-building, and a proactive approach to expanding the staffing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in aviation/aerospace recruitment preferred.
• Proven ability to source and present qualified candidates.
• Strong client-facing and business development capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for current and prospective clients.
• Develop sourcing strategies across channels to attract aviation talent.
• Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue client accounts.
• Manage recruitment systems and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Support external recruitment events and recruitment initiatives.
