Job summary

SkyBridge Aviation LLC is seeking a metrics-driven Recruiter to support staffing in aviation, information technology, and engineering. The role involves collaborating with Account Managers to define hiring needs, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, and building a robust candidate pipeline through sourcing strategies and networks.

Responsibilities include handling a high volume of outbound calls, guiding candidates through interviews and contracts, and serving as a liaison between employers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Management preferred.
• At least one year in a sales-driven environment preferred.
• Desire to work in an in-office setting that is competitive, high energy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand division hiring needs and job specs.
• Manage recruiting lifecycle across open positions to help clients hire and retain quality candidates.
• Source candidates via innovative strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Regulate a heavy volume of outbound calls to qualified candidates.
• Submit candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process and contracts.
• Act as liaison between employers and applicants for hard-to-fill roles.
• Build databases and networks to find good matches for job openings.
