Chapman Freeborn is seeking a Business Aviation Advisor to manage end-to-end charter flights for the Americas from inquiry to booking and operation, in a remote setting. The role favors someone with passion for air charter and travel, who can grow with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with aircraft providers to obtain offers and negotiate.
• Negotiate and procure best value for charter needs.
• Provide timely and accurate flight information to clients.
• Secure flight confirmations and maintain client/provider follow-up.
• Ensure contracts, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Review supplier contracts to align with charter terms.
• Compile and provide comprehensive flight briefs.
• Record all relevant customer prospect information in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge of aircraft, airports, operators, and handlers.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with clients, new business leads and partners.
