Jobgether is assisting a partner company in seeking a Director of Sales – AV Integration in the United States. The role leads 6–8 Account Executives, driving revenue growth in audiovisual integration and related services for corporate and education sectors.

You will coach teams, shape territory plans, and ensure strong margins. You will forecast, manage pipelines, and coordinate with cross-functional specialists to win complex opportunities, including consultative, multi-solution deals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience with quotas achieved.
• Experience in audiovisual integration or complex services sales preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, or lead sales professionals.
• Strong forecasting, analytics, and use of performance data.
• Willingness to travel within the Central Region.

Mansioni

• Lead, develop, and hold 6–8 Account Executives to quotas.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain sales talent.
• Weekly coaching on activity, pipeline, and quota attainment.
• Coach on territory planning and deal execution with clients.
• Expand capabilities into corporate media and managed services.
