Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Director of Sales to lead a team of Account Executives across the West Region. This role owns quota attainment and drives growth for corporate enterprise and higher education clients, reporting to the VP of Sales, Central & West.

You'll recruit, coach, and elevate 6–8 sellers, shape territory plans, and partner cross‑functionally to win complex opportunities in workplace collaboration and managed services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of quota attainment
• Experience in AV integration, technology solutions, or complex services selling preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead 6-8 Account Executives to meet individual quotas and activity standards
• Hire, ramp, and retain sellers
• Run weekly 1:1s with sellers tied to activity, pipeline, and attainment
• Coach in territory planning, account strategy, qualification, and deal execution
• Develop Account Executives' ability to lead complex opportunities across practices
• Break down barriers to maximize selling time
• Identify performance gaps and manage coaching plans
• Own and deliver team revenue and margin plan
