Qualifications

• 1+ year in live operations (fleet ops, teleops, dispatch, or similar).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and documenting escalations.
• Experience monitoring multiple live video feeds and system dashboards.
• Familiarity with Jira/YouTrack or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicle fleet using Remote Command interface and live camera feeds.
• Assess driving situations and provide remote assistance with system tools.
• Document interventions and observations in real time using Notion, Sheets, and other platforms.
• Perform post-trip reviews to identify anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in RCA sessions to investigate incidents and contribute to knowledge base.
• Track operational performance metrics to support process improvements.
• Deliver detailed shift handoffs for 24/7 fleet operations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve safety and reliability.
