Job summary

Solventum is a healthcare tech company seeking an Autonomous Coding Adoption Specialist to optimize AI-driven medical coding. You will analyze performance data, collaborate with clinical, engineering, and compliance teams, and drive automation while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Remote position with up to 10% travel domestically; onboarding may require on-site start. Compensation ranges from $143,200 to $196,900, including base pay and incentives, with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years RHIA/RHIT/CDI/Coder/RN experience
• High School Diploma or GED with 11+ years RHIA/RHIT/CDI/Coder/RN experience
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Experience with Computer‑Assisted Coding (CAC) or Autonomous coding engines
• Proven ability to drive technology automation
• Maintain clear, consistent communication to ensure client retention
• Navigates client negotiations to find mutually beneficial solutions
• Executive‑level ROI presentation skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineers, clinical staff and customers

Responsibilities

• Analyze Automation Data: review outputs against benchmarks to evaluate performance metrics.
• Identify Opportunities: find clinical scenarios or charts ready for increased automation.
• Mitigate Risks: detect systemic AI errors, compliance drops, data anomalies.
• Communicate Insights: develop clear data reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Escalate Critical Concerns: route bugs, compliance gaps, and edge cases to engineering and compliance teams.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with data science to identify opportunities and coordinate with coders and analysts.
