Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Autonomous Coding Adoption Specialist to evaluate and optimize AI-driven medical coding technologies. You will analyze performance data, identify automation opportunities, and coordinate with clinical, engineering and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a RHIA/RHIT/CDI/Coder/RN background or equivalent experience, strong EHR/CAC experience, and the ability to present ROI insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Experience with Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC) or Autonomous coding engines.
• Strong communication and ROI presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Automation Data and compare outputs to benchmarks.
• Identify clinical scenarios ready for automation.
• Mitigate risks from AI errors and data anomalies.
• Communicate insights in clear data reports to leadership.
• Escalate software bugs and compliance gaps to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to address coding concerns.
