Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our remote technical consulting team in South Carolina. You will support field technicians via phone, email, and chat, focusing on EVs and core automotive systems from your home office.

Initial on-site training takes place in Saginaw, Michigan, after which you work a Monday–Friday schedule from home with strong customer service expectations and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to assist repairs.
• Complete initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan before working from home.
