Job summary

Morley is seeking skilled automotive technicians to join our remote support team. Work from home from Georgia, with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, and support for field service technicians solving vehicle repair issues.

You'll focus on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, providing expert guidance via phone, chat and email, backed by access to up-to-date technical data and a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement from Morley).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan, with support from home office.
• Access the latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from colleagues.
• Grow professionally within Morley.
