Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. seeks ASE-certified auto technicians for a remote support role based in Tennessee. You will assist field service techs by phone, chat, and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.

Initial on-site training occurs in Saginaw, Michigan, after which you’ll work from home with a stable schedule Monday–Friday, no weekends, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with Morley reimbursement.
• Strong communication skills for remote support.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert automotive tech support to field technicians via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with diagnoses of EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment issues.
• Undergo initial on-site training in Saginaw, MI before home-based support.
• Access latest repair data and guidance from Morley team for troubleshooting.
