Job summary

Morley is seeking an experienced automotive consultant to support field techs from a home-based role for Wisconsin residents. Initial on-site training will occur in Saginaw, Michigan, followed by ongoing remote support using phone, chat, and email to resolve complex vehicle issues.

You will work with EV, electrical, engine, drivetrain or infotainment systems and access current repair data, learning from a team of seasoned consultants. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Five+ years as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or available within six months with reimbursement).
• Valid driver’s license and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems for domestic vehicles.
• Initial training in Saginaw, Michigan; support from home office thereafter.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with team guidance.
