Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Auto Service Advisor to work with customers, determine vehicle needs, verify warranty coverage and develop repair estimates. You will create repair orders and maintain excellent service, while promoting loyalty programs and company initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior customer-facing or auto service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and courteously and make announcements on service offers.

• Assist customers with questions and maintain superior customer service.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
• Ensure all services are completed with high quality to meet customer needs.
