Polly Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for the Automotive division. This remote role partners with automotive dealerships, guiding customers through a full lifecycle sales process from lead generation to close and focusing on recurring revenue opportunities.

You will collaborate with managers and sales tools, maintain Salesforce records, and build lasting relationships with decision makers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a related field.
• 5+ years of knowledge in insurance sales, automotive finance sales, digital retailing sales, automotive software sales experience.
• Experience in full lifecycle sales: lead generation, cold calling, needs discovery, presenting, overcoming objections and closing.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, especially dealerships, and the Variable Ops processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, collaboration, and sales skills.
• Excellent database management and customer service skills, strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with an energetic, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Promote Polly to create value and drive recurring revenue.
• Act as advisor to customers to build market share and increase revenue.
• Leverage management and sales tools to gain a competitive edge.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in Salesforce.
• Manage relationships through to sale from prospect by fact-finding, follow-up, needs identification, presenting, and closing.
• Interact with decision makers in dealerships, cultivating lasting business relationships.
• Ensure monthly, weekly, and yearly sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Focus on new business development.
• Provide accurate forecasting and develop weekly and monthly sales plans to manage the funnel.
