AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for a multi-carrier provider. This fully remote role targets personal lines, including auto and homeowners, and uses a tech-enabled platform to close policy sales from warm prospects and inbound leads.

The candidate should have 3+ years in auto insurance sales in a high-volume call center, a valid P&C license, and experience with CRM and insurance quoting tools.

Competenze

• 3+ years of auto insurance sales experience in a high-volume call center.
• Active Property & Casualty license in state of residence.
• Experience with CRM systems and insurance quoting tools.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls to warm prospects about auto insurance coverage and savings.
• Respond to inbound leads and convert prospects into policy sales.
• Use CRM to manage leads, document activity, and track sales pipeline.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and offer homeowners insurance.
• Educate customers on auto insurance products and features.
• Utilize quoting tools to present coverage options and quotes.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information in systems.
• Meet monthly sales and production targets while complying with regulations.
