Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• 1+ year selling auto & home insurance in a call center.
• Experience with multiple carriers and state coverages.
• Persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced setting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle an average of inbound leads per month and provide personalized quotes.
• Advise customers on policy options and recommend suitable coverages.
• Close sales with demonstrated conversion from high inbound lead flow.
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint and adhere to schedules.
