Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in auto insurance sales within a high-volume call center.
• Active Property & Casualty license in home state.
• Experience with personal lines auto and homeowners insurance.
• Experience using CRM, quoting, and rating tools.
• Ability to work remotely from a home workspace with company tech.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm prospects regarding auto coverage and savings.
• Respond to inbound leads and close policy sales.
• Use CRM to manage leads and track the sales pipeline.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for homeowners and additional personal lines products.
• Educate customers on auto insurance products, coverage options and features.
• Use quoting/rating tools to provide coverage options and support policy sales.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and policy information in CRM and systems.
• Meet monthly sales and production goals while complying with industry regulations.
