Polly Insurance Agency is seeking a driven insurance sales agent for a remote, home-based role. You will analyze inbound leads, advise on auto & home coverage, and sell personal lines policies using Polly’s technology platform.

Expect to handle a steady flow of qualified prospects, cross-sell where appropriate, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role requires a P&C license and 1+ year of call center insurance sales experience, with comfort handling multiple carriers and state

Our licensed insurance agents are empowered to sell by using Polly’s cutting-edge technology products.Job OverviewAs a Sales Center Agent here at Polly, you will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers, by:Handling an average of 150 inbound leads per month with motivated real-time car buyers (no cold calling)Navigate through multiple carrier systems while preparing & cross-selling personalized quotesProvide expert advice and recommendations to our customers and clientsClose sales at a strong conversion rate from your high inbound lead flowFoster an unmatched customer experience at every touchpointNew Agent ScheduleThe Polly Sales Center is operational 9:00am – 8:00pm (EST); Monday – Friday and 10-7 on SaturdaysNew Agent Schedule is 11am-8pm ET, 4 days/week and every Saturday 10am-7pm ETSchedules will be assigned based on business needs and commence upon completion of full-time trainingTrainingDuring training, you’re expected to work full-time and be logged in during training hours. You will work 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) and your training will consist of a mix of live sessions and independent time. Group training hours alternate weekly for 4 weeks and consist of 2 weeks of a Monday – Friday 10am-7pm ET schedule and 2 weeks of a Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm ET schedule. Once training is complete, you will transition to your full time New Agent Schedule listed above.CompensationOur average performing agents have the opportunity to make 60k-85k in total compensation annually.
