Embedded Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist for Salty, a remote-based insurance sales role. You will engage customers to bring coverage and savings through our agency offering, leveraging quotes built from existing policy data to close sales and cross-sell additional lines.

You will manage leads, use CRM and quoting tools, and work toward monthly sales targets in a fully remote setup, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Active and maintained P&C license in current state of residence required.
• 3+ years of experience in auto insurance sales (high volume call-center experience preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM, quoting, and rating tools.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound sales calls to warm prospects when we've identified insurance savings.
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and SMS.
• Educate customers on auto insurance products, coverage options, and agency value.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively offer additional lines (e.g., home insurance).
• Assume the sale, comfortable speaking assumptively and working to close.
• Be proactive in meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Detailed utilization of CRM to manage leads, track pipeline activity.
• Adherence to all compliance guidelines.
