Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a claims adjudicator to validate and approve payments for diagnostics and pre- and post-sale repairs. You will work from a home office, navigating internal systems, and ensuring timely follow-up with repair shops to finalize claims.

The role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, parts pricing, and labor guides. A high-school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Experience documenting actions in internal systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Validate, adjudicate, and approve payments for diagnostics and repairs.
• Adjudicate claims within approval limits according to standards.
• Notate actions clearly in internal systems and communicate with shops and customers.
• Follow workflows and policies; manage list of pending claims and follow up with facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of parts pricing and labor guides.
