Job summary

365 Automotive Marketing, the parent company of 365CarShop and Buscador de Auto, is seeking a Sales Associate to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. You will work with the sales team to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and deliver exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

You will prospect and qualify leads, demonstrate products, and collaborate on tailored proposals and pricing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive/marketing, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for managing activities and data.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the team to develop customized proposals and pricing packages.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities; track activities in CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients; be their primary contact.
