Job summary

Marchex is seeking an Associate Account Executive, Auto to bridge Marketing and Sales efforts by developing relationships with auto dealerships across the United States. You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the automotive sales team.

The role emphasizes a goal-driven, fast-paced environment with CRM usage (Salesforce) and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of inside/outside sales experience preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Experience in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Set up meetings and present Marchex products to potential clients via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to prospects who expressed interest in Marchex.
• Qualify prospects by asking questions to determine fit for Marchex products.
• Record prospect information in Salesforce.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize marketing tools like Salesloft, Apollo and HubSpot.
