Lenz Truck Center is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Wisconsin. You will build lasting client relationships, understand customer needs, and provide solutions with confidence.

You will learn our vehicle offerings, demonstrate features, and work to exceed sales goals. A proactive, professional appearance and strong communication are required to succeed in this role.

Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
