Job summary
365 Automotive Marketing is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to define and execute the sales strategy across our automotive marketing platforms. You will lead a high-performing team, cultivate key client relationships, and drive revenue growth for 365 Automotive Marketing, 365CarShop, and Buscador de Auto.
You will partner with marketing, product, and operations to align sales with company goals, identify opportunities, and accelerate market expansion.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in automotive or marketing.
- Bachelor’s or MBA with strong strategic mindset and execution.
- Proven ability to lead high‑performing sales teams and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership across all levels of the organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and disruption in sales.
