Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor with at least 4 ASE certifications to guide maintenance and repairs for clients and vendors.

You will work remotely from home in Tulsa, OK, with a stable 40-hour workweek and a starting pay range of $23.88 - $25.88/hr, base pay + shift differentials + ASE certifications. Additional earnings available for holding ASE certs and weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired) required.
• Must live in Tulsa, OK or surrounding counties.
• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation or dealership service dept experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Recommend maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing.
• Support offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Provide timely advice on repair orders submitted by external partners by phone and email.
