3M is seeking a Toyota Key Account Manager to drive sales growth for 3M’s Automotive portfolio in North America. You will interface with Toyota Engineering, Design, Development, Purchasing and Program Management, and work across global teams to implement standards and specifications.

The role involves developing new product applications, forecasting opportunities, and leveraging CRM tools to manage a robust pipeline. Remote – Michigan location supports travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required. Three years in sales, engineering or military environment preferred.
• Master’s degree adds advantage for business/engineering roles.
• Driver’s license required for travel and field work.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow Toyota North America automotive portfolio.
• Interface with Toyota engineering, design, purchasing and program management.
• Develop new applications and commercialize products in automotive segment.
• Forecast and achieve sales penetration for Toyota platforms.
