Job summary

Vehicle Fleet Services, the asset protection, remarketing, and wholesale acquisition market leader, is seeking a Remote Automotive Key Account Manager to join our nationwide team. This fully remote role focuses on building dealership relationships, onboarding new accounts, and expanding participation in the AssuraCar program.

You will work with dealership owners and managers, provide wholesale liquidation consulting, and leverage national auction databases to maximize inventory value.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of wholesale automotive or automotive industry experience
• 2+ years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Knowledge of automotive sales, vehicle wholesaling, inventory management, appraisals, and auto auctions required
• Existing relationships with dealership owners, general managers, used car managers, or automotive decision-makers preferred
• Automotive buyer or acquisition experience preferred
• Experience working with dealerships, wholesale auctions, fleet services, vehicle remarketing operations, or inventory management programs preferred
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing an assigned market

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new accounts for the AssuraCar program.
• Maintain strong client relationships and expand participation in the program.
• Provide wholesale liquidation consulting using national auction databases to maximize returns.
• Collaborate with dealership owners, managers, and automotive partners to grow the client base.
• Travel within the assigned market as needed for dealership visits and business development.
