Responsibilities

• Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries.
• Provide verification and/or recommendation on correct auto parts requirements.
• May require considerable adaptation in response to the particular customer to achieve success.
• Maintain database case notes on all situations.
• Read and research relevant materials to stay current in programs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
