CDK Global is a leading cloud-based software provider for dealerships. The Associate Customer Success Specialist supports client adoption and satisfaction by delivering foundational product guidance and basic training.

You will work closely with a Customer Success Specialist and Manager to help clients reach standard utilization benchmarks and document engagements. Travel up to 25% to dealership locations and work in a remote-capable role.

Competenze

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
High sense of urgency with empathy to de-escalate routine issues.
Automotive experience is required.
Effective time management and on-time delivery of assignments.
Customer service mindset and documentation accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for communication, reporting, and analysis.

Mansioni

Partner with the assigned CSM/CSS to deliver best-in-class service for clients.
Provide guidance on navigating CDK systems.
Deliver foundational product walk-throughs and basic workflow guidance for end users.
Follow utilization benchmarks and guide customers on standard best practices to achieve them.
Assist with client training sessions (virtual and onsite), webinars, and reference materials.
Document all client interactions and outcomes in internal systems with high accuracy.
Identify routine blockers and escalate promptly to CSS or CS team per guidelines.
Maintain a learning plan to expand knowledge of CDK products and dealership workflows.
Support value conversations by showing how standard features meet client goals.
