Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Associate Customer Success Specialist to support client adoption and satisfaction. You will deliver foundational product guidance, assist with training, and document engagements.

Work with a CSS/CSM to help clients achieve standard utilization benchmarks and escalate blockers as needed. The role requires automotive experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely with up to 25% travel to dealership locations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across clients and teams.
• Ability to de-escalate routine issues with empathy and urgency.
• Automotive experience required for client contexts.
• Experience documenting interactions and outcomes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSM/CSS to support best-in-class client service.
• Provide guidance on navigating CDK systems and workflows.
• Deliver foundational product walk-throughs for end users.
• Follow utilization benchmarks and guide customers on best practices.
• Assist with client training sessions (virtual and onsite).
• Document client interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Identify routine blockers and escalate to CSS/CSM as needed.
• Maintain a learning plan to expand CDK product knowledge.
• Support value conversations by showing how standard features meet goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule sessions and prepare reports.
