Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive client satisfaction and success for assigned dealerships. You will maximize CDK solution value, foster adoption, and drive engagement while minimizing churn.

Responsibilities include defining client strategies, preparing tailored reports, partnering with Sales to grow the business, and retaining at‑risk clients. Travel up to 50% and residency in a Midwestern state are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client services, marketing or sales experience.
• B2B or outside sales or account management in a similar industry.
• Ability to travel to client sites and influence across dealership levels.
• Knowledge of CDK applications and familiarity with automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Fields questions and direct clients to appropriate support resources.
• Assists clients with defining their strategy around CDK solutions and how to utilize them for their needs.
• Maintains relationships with dealership management and acts as a trusted advisor.
• Assesses risk factors and identifies mitigation strategies to ensure continued success of CDK applications.
• Prepares client-specific reports and presentations to educate and drive growth.
• Identifies opportunities and creates training plans for dealership staff.
• Partners with Sales to grow the CDK business with clients.
• Identifies and implements strategies to retain at-risk clients.
• Builds productive relationships with Sr. CSMs and assists as needed.
• Seeks and listens to feedback and maintains a positive work attitude.
