TriCore provides remote technical support to help customers maintain reliable production and data reporting systems. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, applying standard procedures, and documenting resolutions clearly to keep customers and internal teams informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Entry-level through approximately five years of experience with growing independence.
• Foundational knowledge in electrical design, PLC ladder logic, HMI configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and related tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts 7:00pm–7:00am CT and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to maintain production, cleaning, data collection and reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using defined procedures and sound judgment.
• Document resolution steps and maintain clear status updates for customers and teams.
• Program, configure, test, and implement PLC- and HMI-based changes.
• Follow change-control processes and TriCore engineering standards.
• Develop proficiency across TriCore’s automation technologies and customer environments.
• Prioritize cases and escalate safety or production-impacting issues as needed.
• Maintain safety, conduct, and customer requirements across sites.
