Job summary
Ladders is seeking an Automation and Control Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning for automation and control systems within complex infrastructure projects, with emphasis on building systems and power monitoring. This is a remote role for US-based candidates, requiring collaboration with design, integration, and field teams, as well as clients and stakeholders.
The role oversees onsite checkout for BMS and EPMS, coordinates across teams, and manages staffing, risks, and safety.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in industrial control systems or building automation troubleshooting and startup.
- 4+ years of experience overseeing installation and commissioning of automation and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onsite checkout and commissioning activities for BMS and EPMS systems.
- Lead coordination among design, integration, and field execution teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors regarding commissioning status.
- Conduct status reviews and executive discussions on project risks and resource needs.
- Manage staffing plans and resource allocation for commissioning activities.
- Promote site safety and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
- Support change order development and manage issue resolution.
