Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to lead technical commissioning of critical facilities in a remote United States role. You will plan, coordinate and execute life-cycle commissioning, participate in design reviews, testing, and closeout with owners, designers, contractors, and vendors.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams to ensure compliance with owner requirements, schedules, and budgets, while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Two years’ experience with installation, hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls and/or electrical infrastructure.
• Minimum five years’ additional experience with installation, hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls and/or electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of critical facilities across full life cycle.
• Coordinate QA/QC and Cx plans and specifications per project scope.
• Develop commissioning plans and schedules and lead testing activities.
• Prepare project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project leadership on budgeting, risks and schedule adherence.
