Job summary

Design Group is seeking an Automation and Control System Commissioning Manager for BMS/EPMS on a nationwide data center deployment. You will lead onsite checkout, coordinate design, integration and field teams, and drive delivery against program timelines and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in industrial control or building automation, plus 4+ years in onsite commissioning leadership. Expect relocation or travel to multiple sites and a strong emphasis on safety and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial control systems or building automation.
• 4+ years overseeing installation, startup and commissioning with significant onsite time.
• Strong communicator capable of leading large multi‑discipline teams.
• Must reside near the data center campus with high site presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DG BMS/EPMS onsite checkout and commissioning execution.
• Lead commissioning status reviews with clients, commissioning agents and GC.
• Coordinate DG onsite commissioning personnel and workflows.
• Manage staffing plans, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with client, contractor, and DG requirements.
