Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center commissioning experience, especially on greenfield projects.
• Expertise in mechanical systems including chillers, CRACs, and cooling towers.
• Strong project management and cross-team coordination.
• Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for projects across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commissioning for data center projects, ensuring technical delivery
• Lead development of commissioning test scripts and adhere to ASHRAE guidelines
• Review design documents and validate key mechanical deliverables
• Conduct hands‑on commissioning of mechanical equipment to ensure functionality
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, coordinating resolutions
• Serve as the primary contact for mechanical commissioning matters
• Prepare detailed SOPs, MOPs, and comprehensive project documentation
