Ladders is seeking an Automation and Control Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning for automation and control systems within complex infrastructure projects, with emphasis on building systems and power monitoring. This is a remote role for US-based candidates, requiring collaboration with design, integration, and field teams, as well as clients and stakeholders.

The role oversees onsite checkout for BMS and EPMS, coordinates across teams, and manages staffing, risks, and safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial control systems or building automation troubleshooting and startup.
• 4+ years of experience overseeing installation and commissioning of automation and control systems.

For our client, we are seeking a Automation and Control Commissioning Manager to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will lead commissioning execution for automation and control systems within complex infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on building systems and power monitoring. The manager will coordinate design, integration, field execution, and client-facing activities to keep commissioning efforts on track. This position requires close collaboration with contractors, technical teams, and project stakeholders while maintaining strong visibility into site safety, staffing, and project risk.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities
