United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a licensed Total Loss Adjuster for a fully remote role serving the Southeast region. You will assess total loss claims on vehicles and property, conduct investigations, determine values, and negotiate settlements with policyholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Remote work option supported across the Southeast.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in lieu of degree considered.
• Active Adjuster license required.

Responsabilidades

• Review policies to understand coverage limits and exclusions.
• Utilize valuation software to determine fair market value of total loss.
• Gather information from policyholders and ensure documentation is provided.
• Calculate total loss values per findings and company standards.
• Explain valuation offers to policyholders and address questions.
• Collect and submit all total loss paperwork from policyholders.
• Negotiate settlements in line with policies and regulations.
• Liaise with lienholders to secure necessary documents.
• Prepare detailed reports on assessment findings and settlements.
• Maintain accurate claim records per regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
