Credit Acceptance seeks an Account Solutions Representative to help customers stay on the road to a better financial future. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, create payment solutions, and assist with cancellations or stop repossessions while keeping accounts current.

The role is remote in the US with above‑market pay ($17.75–$20.85/hour) plus uncapped monthly bonus, paid training, generous benefits, and a 5‑week virtual training program beginning 11/09/2026 PST.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or collection experience in call center environment.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with payments and account issues.
• Create solutions to bring accounts current or stop repossession.
