Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Client Executive - Auto Finance to manage 5–6 major auto finance clients, develop executive relationships, and drive growth through strategic account planning and customer advocacy. This remote role may require occasional in-person events as directed by management.

You will coordinate cross-functional resources, identify expansion opportunities, and align client needs with TransUnion solutions to maximize long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, consulting, or business development in financial services with a track record of revenue growth.
• Identify decision-makers, influencers, and opportunities to close new business within large financial services organizations.
• Excellent client engagement: prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and leverage business acumen to grow strategic accounts.
• Communicate with confidence at all levels, advocate for clients, and build executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall relationship with 5–6 of the largest auto finance clients.
• Identify key decision-makers, influencers, buyers, and sponsors to drive growth.
• Lead and coordinate resources for client-facing reviews and internal account planning sessions.
• Facilitate client meetings and ensure appropriate resource participation.
• Collaborate with Industry Executives to drive adoption of new products.
• Advocate for clients and translate their needs into engagements with TransUnion.
• Own the account planning process and set strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Review usage gaps and expansion opportunities with Client Value Executives to retain and expand accounts.
