Qualifications

• Auto collision repair or auto damage estimating experience.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across technical platforms.
• Accountability and resourcefulness.
• Physical agility to assess vehicle damage and estimates.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and complete initial and supplemental estimates.
• Explain coverage, estimate vehicle damage, and guide insureds through the claims process.
• Interact with customers and repair shops, provide Remarkable service, and support claim handlers.
